Sharing the Beauty of Breast Cancer Survivors

Share

We are looking for individuals of all ages in the Greater Toronto Area to help us create beautiful images (and a video!) for an upcoming project. We are looking to share the beauty of survival.

When women go through a horrific journey, ‘beauty’ isn’t the word that comes to mind. There are significant impacts physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Believe it or not, those feelings can dissipate over time. If you are at the point in your journey, where you feel beautiful again, we want to shine a bright light on you.
Be an inspiration to the next woman who is diagnosed with breast cancer – and let us share your story!

To submit a self-nomination for this project, please email us before Sunday June 26th at: social@bcsc.ca

Please include the following:- name, age, location
– year diagnosed with breast cancer
– availability between July 19-21 to attend a photo shoot in the GTA
– share a little bit about yourself and your journey

– please include a recent photo of yourself

Honourarium: Individuals selected to participate in the special project will be provided with a $250 honourarium or a $1,000 donation to the cancer centre of their choice.
