Jean LaMantia, RD, Registered Dietitian and Cancer Survivor

Jean LaMantia, Registered Dietitian guides breast cancer patients, cancer survivors, and health professionals on evidence-based nutrition.

Nutrition advice can be overwhelming, particularly when online information ranges from evidence-based guidance to unsupported claims.

Jean LaMantia will provide practical, evidence-based guidance for nutrition after active treatment, including protein and muscle maintenance, weight management, bone health during endocrine therapy and gut health.

The session will also address common nutrition myths and offer practical approaches to building balanced meals without unnecessary restrictions.
